How long do the DVD’s run?

Volume Nine runs for approximately 100 minutes. Volume Ten runs for approximately 70 minutes. Volume Eleven runs for approximately 105 minutes. For content details of each volume click on the Purchase DVDs tab on our home page.

How much does each DVD cost?

The DVD costs £12.99 per unit (recommended retail price £14.99).

How will I know my order has been processed?

We will send you an email confirmation that your order has been accepted and another email when your DVD has been dispatched. If you have any queries you can email our sales team for information (sales@thedalesdiary.co.uk).

I've changed my mind about the order - what do I do?

If you find the PAL format is the wrong format for your DVD player or you change your mind about the purchase, you can return the DVD to us within 14 days for a full refund - as long as it is unopened and the outer wrapper is still intact. We cannot accept returns otherwise.

Please make sure your DVD player is PAL compatible - or that you are happy to watch the DVD on your laptop or computer - before removing the outer wrapper as we cannot refund purchase money once the DVD has been opened.

What format is the DVD?

All Dales Diary DVD’s are PAL Region 0. This means they can be to be played anywhere in the world which is PAL compatible. People in NTSC countries such as America may be able to play it on their DVD player if their machine accepts both NTSC and PAL discs. If it won't work on your DVD player you should still be able to play all of the DVD’s on your home computer or laptop.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver to addresses in the UK within 5 working days. Deliveries abroad may take a little longer. But if you have an urgent request please email us at sales@thedalesdiary.co.uk

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage and packaging costs £2.99 for one DVD, £3.99 for two DVDs and an additional 50p on top of that for every DVD above two. For bulk orders please email sales@thedalesdiary.co.uk for special terms.

I don't have a credit or debit card, but I still want to buy a DVD - how can I do this?

If there's a fault on my copy of the DVD what should I do?

Email us about the fault, return it to us and we'll refund your postage and replace the DVD as quickly as possible
